Commercial Code). The Product Warranty shall be Buyer’s exclusive remedy for a defective Camper. As used
herein the term “Buyer” shall mean the original purchaser of the Camper.

During the Warranty Period, with respect to a camper that allegedly does not conform to the Product Warranty:

date Buyer discovers, or upon reasonable inspection should have discovered, such alleged claim or defect, but,
in any event, before the expiration of the applicable Warranty Period;

Camper to Radica’s facility located at 470 E. 76th Avenue, Unit B, Denver, Colorado 80229 for inspection and

........(i) If returning the Camper to Radica is not practical, please indicate in the defect notice. Radica will
use reasonable efforts to work with Buyer in finding another service provider in Buyer’s vicinity to have the
Camper repaired, subject to the diagnosed problem. In any event, Radica retains the sole and absolute
discretion in selecting the designated service provider; and

(c) If Radica’s inspection and testing reveal, to Radica’s reasonable satisfaction, that the Camper does
not conform to the Product Warranty then Radica shall, at its expense, repair or replace such defective Camper
in whole or in part. In any event, Radica’s right to repair and/or replace a Camper in whole or in part shall be at
its sole and absolute discretion;

........(i) if an accessory or part is deemed defective and replacement is warranted, Radica will ship or
otherwise deliver to Buyer the repaired or replaced accessory/part and repair kit, if applicable, to the delivery
location designated by Buyer.
