IT STARTED IN A GARAGE

Radica started in Luke's garage in 2021. With a passion for getting on the trail and a need for something better to sleep out of, this 20' x 30' space was the spark to the fire. Luke built the first prototype and first customer MoonLander in here.

WAREHOUSE #1

The garage was exciting, but we ran out of space QUICK. We needed to move into our first commercial warehouse. By January of 2022 we got it, this was a big deal. 1,500 SF of warehouse. Luke went full time with the business and we hired our first employees. We were able to start refining the process and got up to a production throughput of 1 camper per week.

WAREHOUSE #2

We again ran out of space in warehouse #1 before the year's end. We were growing organically, and didn't have large capitol to jump into a massive space, so we made the move into a 3,000 SF warehouse. This space allowed us to build a small, but true assembly line which brought us from 1 camper per week to 3 campers per week throughput. Our team doubled and we started making some waves.

WAREHOUSE #3

It was time to take a bigger leap. We were building MoonLanders faster than we ever were, but demand was still outpacing us. We needed to move again. Moving a factory is no small feat, but we have an amazing team. We moved into a 20,000 SF warehouse, almost 7 times the size of warehouse #2. This is where we currently operate out of and we are loving it. We have been ramping production every month since getting into this space, and we plan to continue to grow in here. Our amazing team, customers, and overwhelming support has been an amazing journey so far. When you buy a MoonLander, you are helping support American manufacturing and American dreams.

Hello

My name is Luke. I founded Radica because I was building solutions for myself that I couldn’t find in the marketplace. This turned into questions and interest from people in parking lots and on the trail. I quickly realized I was onto something and turned my garage into a fabrication shop. By Fall of 2021 I was in business and we had our first orders. I have a background in manufacturing operations and industrial engineering. I am passionate about building great products that people love. Radica was formed to grow this passion and use my knowledge of lean American manufacturing to deliver what the people want, built in Denver, Colorado.
