Production Deposit - The $2000 production deposit will secure your MoonLander build spot in our production queue. This deposit will be applied to your final payment, which is due 30 days before the estimated completion week. $500 of this deposit is non-refundable, please review our Refund Policy for more information. Once we receive your deposit, your spot in line is secured! We will reach out to you within the next business day to gather more information about your build and answer any questions you have. You do not need to know what options you want to place your deposit. While you wait for your spot in line to approach you are free to play with the online builder and configure your MoonLander. Options will be finalized through the online builder here, reviewed by our team, and the final payment will be made on our website.

Install - You must physically come to one of our install locations to pick up the camper when it is completed. Due to the nature of manufacturing customized campers built to order, we cannot schedule an install until we have notified you that your camper has entered production. This gives you about a two week heads up as to when it will be completed. If you need to schedule something in advance, we can work on updating you with timing. However, until we start production, there is no guarantee we can hit a certain date. We are open Monday-Thursday for standard installs, included with your base price. We can install on most Fridays and Saturdays for an extra $150 fee.
